The House of KOKO is seeking a driven and service-led Floor Supervisor to support evening operations within Café KOKO - Our Italian brasserie dining space, which transforms into a vibrant, high-energy environment across weekend dinner services and events.


This is a development-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who is ready to step into management. You will play a key role in delivering a vibrant dinner service on Fridays and Saturdays, while also supporting the delivery of private events and collaborating closely with our late-night, beverage-led floors.


It’s a multi-faceted role with guest experience at heart. Working alongside the management team, you will take ownership of shifts, support team performance and build your operational and commercial understanding within a fast-paced and unique venue.


This role offers exposure beyond a traditional restaurant setting, providing experience across both structured dining service and dynamic event environments


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in delivering high-quality evening service within Café KOKO’s Italian brasserie offering
  • Take ownership of shifts and sections, acting as a lead during dinner service and events with the support of management
  • Maintain a strong and visible presence on the floor, ensuring an engaging, polished, and seamless guest experience
  • Support, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team, helping to build consistency and confidence during service
  • Assist in delivering structured pre-service briefings, ensuring the team is aligned on menus, bookings and event requirements
  • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination of service, pacing and quality
  • Support the delivery of private events and activations within the space, adapting service style as required
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue, from personal recommendations to service activations and curated experiences.
  • Collaborate with bar teams and support integration with late-night, beverage-led floors when required
  • Assist in managing reservations and guest flow, ensuring efficient use of the space while maintaining service standards
  • Monitor stock levels and support cost-conscious operations, minimising waste where possible
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues in the moment and escalating where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards


About you

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Head Waiter or Supervisor level role within a quality dining environment, members' club, or luxury bar and hospitality setting.
  • Confident leading small teams during service, with a calm and solutions-focused approach
  • Eager to develop management skills, with an interest in both restaurant and event operations
  • Comfortable working late evenings, particularly across Friday and Saturday services, as well as events
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and peak service times, in line with the operational needs of the business.
